The Care Your Body Deserves

System of Analysis (Applied Kinesiology | AK)
We use muscle testing for everything in our office. It is a gateway to your nervous system. It is a neurological reflex that tells us almost everything we need to know. This is NOT a muscle strength test. (Because Dr. Sasha will lose). Applied Kinesiology is our window to the nervous in action.

We apply light pressure to test what muscles are imbalanced and what direction to adjust. Or if it even needs an adjustment.
Your body should be engaged at appropriate times, but when it is not - we can see it via muscle reflex imbalance. Our job is to bring your body back to normal. :)
Styles of Adjustments
In our office, we use manual adjusting, such as Full Spine/Gonstead to adjust the spine and extremities (arms and legs). Our rooms are equipped with drop tables to let gravity do the heavy lifting Thompson Protocol. And we have our favorite tool, the Activator and The Adjustor, to really help facilitate healing. If you are looking for the "neck strap adjustment", you might need to continue looking - light traction is what we do if necessary.

NeuroEmotional Technique (NET)
Neuroemotional Technique (NET) is a STRESS reduction technique. And who doesn't like a little less stress in a very stressful world. This is a mind-body technique. It improves quality of life by reducing the stress load on your cells. NET helps with internal communication with your Mind & Body. Dr. Lio and Dr. Sasha are both level II certified in NeuroEmotional Technique. See why therapists love us. <3

*NET is NOT talk therapy.

Quantum Neurology® (QN)
The principles within this technique provide a holistic, non-invasive approach to neurological rehabilitation that focuses on the nervous system and body as a whole. QN can leverage the body's natural actions, reactions, and reflexes to achieve a desired result.

QN is used to address a wide range of neurological illnesses, injuries, infections, or conditions by applying the principles of quantum physics, light therapy, and nerve-specific exercises.
This technique is personalized to each and every patient. By targeting specific areas of the nervous system and working to restore balance & function, can help individuals experience improved mobility, reduced pain, improved cognitive function, and much, much more.
